Alpha Glass

Application

Use product in a wind and dust-free, room-temperature environment.

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
2. Apply a small layer of the product on to the surface of the coating pad. An overabundant amount may lead to streaks
3. Use the applicator to apply the product onto the glass surface, making sure to achieve a 50% overlap. Guarantee complete coverage for optimal results.
4. After 30 minutes, utilize a moist microfiber towel to eliminate most of the coating.
5. Use a clean, dry microfiber towel and buff the coated surface until it appears clear and streak-free.
6. Repeat the process for other glass surfaces.

Warning

• It is advised to store the vehicle indoors during the during the curing process. Ensure it remains shielded from any moisture, including rain, snow or dew.
• It will take about 12 hours for the coating to completely cure.
• During the curing time, avoid chemicals, mud, rain and snow during this period of time.
• Occasionally, the presence of a hydrophobic coating on a windshield can lead to windshield wiper juddering. Should this occur, we suggest applying our Alpha Glaze maintenance spray following a 12-hour curing period, in combination with Alpha Glass for optimal results.

Management Precautions

• Exercise caution with automatic car washes: These use fast-spinning brushes and aggressive cleaning chemicals, causing friction that can wear down the coating. Repeated exposure can rapidly degrade coating durability.
• Beware of strong cleaners: While powerful acidic and alkaline cleaners may quickly remove contaminants, they can also harm the coating. Consistent use of harsh chemicals can significantly diminish coating durability.
• Avoid third-party coatings and treatments: Some products contain strong solvents that dissolve coatings, reducing their durability. This can lead to issues such as lifting, reduced transparency, and wiper malfunction.
• Utilize Alpha Glass Supplement: Over time, the coating naturally wears down, affecting durability and performance. Applying Alpha Glass on top can replenish the worn coating film, extending its lifespan.
